    When I was in Croatia, there was a soccer event going on too. And people were shooting guns on top of Zagreb's tall building. And the celebrations were awesome and scary lol.

    Yeah, celebrations can be pretty intense here :D Can't wait to see what will happen if we win today :D

    Dear XI family.

     I know that football (soccer) is not that popular in the States or Canada, but here it is as close to religion as it could be. Today Croatia is playing our first World Cup final ever (we are a 27-year young nation of 4 million people) and winning would put a smile on the face of people that are too often on the brink of tears. So I have a favour to ask:  put your hands up, beer on the table and let your voices be heard as you cheer on our team, our heroes that could bring glory to a small, beautiful and proud nation. 

    To all French members of this community, have a good game my friends, may the best team win :) good luck!

    Prayers needed

    My Stepdaughter whom just turned 27 has been diagnosed with stage 4 nasopharyngeal cancer...She has started chemo

    and radiation today...Treatment will consist of both the chemo and radiation and then surgery then chemo over many months..

    So sad to just be starting life and then to get hit with this...Please Pray for her and the family we are all going to need it
