You guys have banned people for being too good? Thats just, wow. I dont even know what to say, without trying to be disrespectful, honestly its just so...lame ?

If we vote on this issue and it passes as a no we ban skilled players, might as well ban the following from insurgency. @Daemon, @Crus4de, @Evil-Monkey , @Helio, @XYU[r0nin], [Not-live], T34MMANGER, Levanheimer, SNAK3, @Chips Ahoy, Banana, Moon is best, Choco, @unagi_pie, Hayden Vista, DOTA, Mr. Five, Rainbow, Nullspace, goliath, evil corps. 23 players rght here. Oh wait theres about 20-30 other names too

Handing out bans to someone because they out-skill you is god awful. Just because we arn't a "Pro" clan doesn't mean that we should discriminate against players for being skilled at a video game. By that logic we should fire mailmen for delivering mail on time if not quicker.
Its not head-tripping if someone naturally plays at a high level in a video game. Out of the list I posted, majority of the players there almost always play consistently well. What happens when an XI member comes along with natural skill and dominates, you guys going to ban him/her off the game too or does it not count for XI members? I've been across multiple gaming communities and I have never in my life game across any type of logic as such.
I see the point of you trying to make sure players arnt leaving the server. Its a hassle keeping players on if they arn't having fun. But ultimately it comes down to the fact they either get over it or they don't. Or maybe im just going too far with it all, who knows. This is my last post on the subject.

Asking someone to tone is down is literally horseshit. They are having fun and if someone cant accept they are getting their asses handed to them, then they dont need to play. I can think of over 10 people on insurgency who go 70+ kills every match they play, but people dont care. They accept it and move on. People complain and that is the way of life. 
It does make us look bad. It makes us look like a bunch of noobs that can't accept when someones better than they are. 
How do you fix it? Tell everyone to stop bitching about a player that knows how to play the game. If someone is abusing or hacking, sure. But if they are generally better the population, tell the people with complaints to fuck off and play. Its a video game, not a real life situation. 

going to agree with this one. banning someone because they are better than other's is a #1 way to have the community known for being childish. I get my ass kicked on Insurgency by @Daemon and @Crus4de quite often. But I were to ban one of them they could easily take it to other servers, the news would spread, and then we'd have a problem. 
 
get good at the game, accept defeat and be graceful, or cry like a beach. simple as that.

So we should ban a player because hes good? Sorry you feel insecure about losing. ?
 
Edit: The community will never expand further up any skill/population/fun ladder if individuals who are higher skill gap than others are voted off the island.

Not saying you haven't tried that but continue it longer. Theres always going to be complaints. People either learn to accept it or they don't. Just because a group of unskilled thinks a player should be banned for being skilled, doesn't mean that you should give in to them. I understand its a difficult process to deal with, but itll have to be the hard way or the community will still cold shouldered from others.

no it would take many players in the same server playing over many days. Or that is how it happens.

well havnt been on few days. my son went for catscan for sinus issues Thursday when they found a mass in his brain. he had emergency surgery yesterday took 10 hrs  they think they got all of the tumor . but it might have started to grow into the brian tissue . he having another mri today . it be 10 day before they know what type of tumor it was.btu he got motor skills back which is good he can talk some. mixing up words but they say thay common with swelling. if everything goes ok he might come home wed or Thursday. he 15 years old and they said it was lucky that lab guy saw it on the catscan cus out 10 only 3 lab tech would have spot it since it was cat scan for sinus and it not a deep scan plus it focus around the nose but he spotted at top in middle of the brain . so that it . that's whats going .

NO, the people that accuse others of hacking, cheating, spawn camping, spawn killing,  whatever else they complain about are the problem.  They need to be dealt with. They are the shit bucket agitators that cant understand that maybe, just maybe someone else is better at the game than they are.  They ruin the gaming experience for everyone in the server at that time.  

Well, let me correct you on one point here.  The player is not disrupting the server, all the people who don't like that they are getting their asses kicked are disrupting the server by calling the player a hack, a cheater, making comments about how he doesn't exist in the server and the #2 player is actually the winner.  Then half of them decide to leave because they just can't fathom how anyone could be so much better than they are and simply must be cheating.  Then they start berating the Admin team for not doing anything about the fact that there's someone in the server that's way better than they are.
This isn't about "the player".  All they want to do is play.  No, this is about all the >XI< rule violations that members and guests commit in the presence of someone better than they are.  Good players get banned while people breaking >XI< rules have no consequence at all.  In the end, that's what this is about, as I see it.

There is always room for improvement in skills playing any game.
To Ban people because they are better to me is a Foreign concept.
Now if somebody breaks our rules, then Ban them. But if the only reason why you Ban peep's is because they beat your ass, then I think I'm in the wrong place here....

A word of advice, forget the bean bag rounds. If you feel you need to use a gun it should be a lethal situation. Nobody wants to shoot someone, but no one wants to be beaten or killed by an intruder. Anyone that breaks into your home has already shown a disregard for you and your family's life.

When there's no evidence of someone cheating, there's no reason to ban him at all. Just because he can dominate you or an entire server doesn't give you the right to be a bitch about it.
Yes, I'm having my ass handed to me every night on Insurgency which can be infuriating, but I'm not dropping the ban hammer left and right just because someone is better than me.
You people need to stop acting like children, accept the fact that in life there's always gonna be someone better than you at something, either it's video games, playing the guitar or anything else and move on.
Video games are meant to be fun, win or lose. Period.

IMHO I would never Ban anyone without Proof of Hacking.
If someone dominates, then get some tissue for your tears...
