    The AF spent 100's of billions on the F-22 but is afraid to use it for fear it might crash and end up in the wrong hands.

    Lets see. They want to get rid of old A-10's... which have proven time and again to be extremely lethal... with an aircraft that dropped its first live bomb on a practice range only a couple months ago. Yes maintaining these older planes is expensive. But they are already bought and paid for. A single F-35 is hugely expensive up front and hugely expensive to maintain. Assuming they can fix all its problems. After that, there is one thing we learned about the AF. They prefer not to send their expensive and shiny new toys into combat areas where they can be shot down.

    You can build you own for lots less. There are plans available on the internet and several places make the parts. Just takes some carpentry skills as well as knowing how to wire up the controls. The controls themselves are typically wired up to a disassembled keyboard and correspond to particular keypresses. Getting the games is another matter of course because even if you do have mame they are technically not legal to have unless you have the original circuit boards they came on. But yea this would be a great thing to have in a bachelor pad or mancave.

    Make sure you are running xp compatibility mode and as administrator.

    Maybe its about time to have them all go back to strictly non-pro. The only reason for the pros was to counter the Soviet Union and the various communist nations. But they arent much of an issue these days obviously. Players in those coutnries are also more likely to be courted by the NHL anyways.

    When I lose bad, which I do alot, when I get frustrated I just log off and call it a night. I dont get why some take it so seriously.

    Just to note that EMP is slow. 1/2 the rate of player defrost. But you can throw more than one and they combine.
