I ran across a couple pics I made last winter. You see it can get a bit boring when the temps are in the teens and after a couple adult beverages we decided to shoot the shitter with the S&W 500 (A .50 cal over sized high power handgun that makes you look like a little kid when you hold it . . lol) The first pic you can see the bullet (indicated by the arrow) just after smashing the bowl. And the next frame with the bullet. I used a Sony handicam and was able to capture these stills from the video. Not rocket science but thought is was pretty cool that a regular old handicam could capture such a fast moving object. Maybe I should have posted this in the Fishing and Hunting forums.

We have a community shooting range here it sits down in a coolie (small canyon /creek channel) and anyone can use it and shoot anything you can carry in . .I love it . . . . whenever I feel like it I just grab the UZI or the AR15 and light some stuff up. Seriously . . . . . be safe! . . .but not good

I would suggest that you have a good time no matter what. With that being said catching some fish would go a long way to having that good time . . . . . . . Whenever I go to a new place to fish I do as your doing and research as much as I can before I go. When you get there go out and talk to some of the guys who are fishing, most fishermen are willing to tell you what they are using for bait and show you the rig they are throwing it on . . that's what is great about people who fish . . good people. Also be flexible and take a variety of hooks weights and lures so you don't have to spend your beer money on more tackle you already have and left at home. And finally . . .take some pics to post back here because idiots like seeing the fish others catch and so you will have proof to show your ol lady you actually went fishing . . lol have fun!!

Don't destroy . .enjoy! lol @@Belle there are a few things you can do to camouflage those medicinal marvels . . . hang some small red Christmas bulbs on them and BOOM! you got some tomato plants . . .then go buy some tomatoes and take them to your neighbor and tell them you grew them . . .lol The reason your plants are doing do well is because of our bright sun and long days here in Montana and as the days get shorter your plants will reveal their sex and that will happen pretty soon. I dont have any plants growing right now so no pictures but I have grown indoor and outdoor here in Montana . . . outdoor better in summer and indoor better in winter . . .Duh! lol Don't be worried about "the man" knocking at your door they got much more serious problems to to attend to and with just a few plants . . relax and watch em grow! Marijuana grows very well in most soils and climates as long as it gets water and good sunlight it will thrive, the deciding factor in whether or not the plants get big is the quality of the soil and next to the compost bin is just right as you have seen. I like to garden . . it is pretty cool to see a seed grow into the makings of a tasty salad or my favorite . . .salsa.

There are so many different good quality guns out there it makes choosing hard but choosing a caliber is a lot easier. Things to consider, A 9mm will do the same job as a .45 . . . .if not your either a bad aim or your target is king kong and your in deep shit. Also a 9mm will hold as many as 15 rds and still be concealable. I do prefer the .45 as it gets the point across but the size of the gun can be more than most people like to carry Packing a .22 caliber is not worth the trouble when you can carry a 9mm that takes up the same amount of space and has a better "greeting" when it arrives. 9mm ammo is relatively inexpensive and plentiful. .380 is a good round also and the size of the gun is relatively small and has a large magazine. What ever you choose we will expect to see pics posted. Bottom line is Be Safe .. .Be Responsible . . Be familiar with your firearm . . . . . . Always

OHELLYES! Nice Fish @@StormCrow I love fishing along side of reeds where they end in deep water and throwing a top water bait at first light along side the reeds will get you "hammered" ! Nowadays with so many people fishing and taking fish home for a tasty meal it just makes sense to release a portion of your catch and in this case your bass had the "right stuff" to grow to that size and releasing it now will give better odds that more fish of that size will be there in the years to come. Location location location. I'm sure there are plenty of factors that go into what a home is priced at . . . . . For me I would rather live in a mobile home (a nice mobile home without the wheels on it . . .lol ) in Montana than live in a very nice house in California. If only you could pull down the salary you do in California and live in a place like Ohio or Virginia. I know here in Montana where I live that salary you get in Cali would go a long way. The bottom line is take the plunge and buy something . .. .. maybe not that pos you mentioned in your post but buy something and stop making your landlord rich. Yeah its gonna hurt to make those huge payments but you will feel so much better knowing that the house is yours and the payments are better than a deposit in the bank. Down the road you will look back and say "damn that was a smart thing to do I should have bought 2" I got a house in San Bernardino I will sell you for $225k but that 400mi commute is a bitch . .
