    The Codex Alimentarius in Europe makes the buying of supplements difficult. However, I have found that zinc is helpful in shortening the duration and severity of colds. It is better to take zinc at the initial onset of the cold rather than in the middle of it. Besides zinc I would take an antihistamine and eat some chicken soup. Remember a cold is a virus which means antibiotics will not work.

    You should see crosswind landings from the cockpit. The pilots are actually looking out of their side windows to get a view of the runway. If they looked straight ahead they would only see dirt, houses and cows.

    What is amazing to me is the pilot gets thrown partially out of the helicopter. Then he is thrown into the backseat from outside the helo as the helicopter spins around. He is lucky he wasn't thrown clear. If you watch the second angle and then pause play pause right as the helo hits the wire you can see him clearly. Amazing. I agree with you guys. What was the guy holding the cable thinking???

    This helicopter catches a wire with it main rotor and disaster ensues. Notice that one of the pilots ends up in the back seat of the helicopter….WOW.
