Do I have to register DJI mini 2? If you have a sub-250 gram drone like the Mini 2, you'll only need to register if you plan on using it for commercial operations. Any drone registered for commercial operations, in case you're wondering, can be flown recreationally (meaning you don't need to register it twice).May 7, 2021
