These two have been here for many many years with >XI< and have been a COD2 admin for a lot of those years. They both have put so many hours into the servers and the website and its shows because we still have 2 great COD2 servers after all these years. Congrats gentlemen and thank you for all the help over the years!

You can not always say that. We receive PM's from people as we are Admins. Some people are on the 'watch' list and by that, some names comes by and takes time to be sure about someone 'activating' their cheats or exploits, or not.
Hence, that is also why we have a "Appeal" section where people can post the complaint after a decision made by one of our admins. We just don't ban people and have the easiest way, to remove someone from the server. That is how we roll. 
 
Our Code of Conduct says everything and it is not a one way street to just ban and wait and see. Some evidence takes time and it is summer time.

To add to his post, accusing us of not doing our job is offensive. Catching hackers isn't always black and white as people seem to think. Admins dont always communicate, but we do the best we can do. We cwnt watch everyone all the time which is why ask players to watch people too. While I can't speak to your video since I haven't seen it, xfire videos tend to be of poor quality so a cheat may not always be obvious. Just because people are accused of hacking doesn't always mean they cheat. Some are just better players. I've had plenty of players ask me to watch videos and I don't see anything. Doesnt mean you should stop watching for hackers . If an admin doesnt agree with your accusation, don't get your panties in a wad. There are plenty of players the admins think are cheating, but we need definitive proof. If you don'agree with an admin's opinion, try another admin. Dont come on here and accuse us of incompetence.

Getting video of people who you suspect are hacking is the right thing to do and we hope that you all continue to do it.
 
BUT, what you are absolutely certain is hacking won't always be clear in the video, or the admin team may not agree with your opinion. Admins can and do make decisions without the approval of the head admins, so don't automatically assume that your video has been shared with the entire admin team for that server.
 
Posting on the forums about how you think the admins should be doing their job won't help matters. Yes, "part" of the admins job is to police the servers for hackers, and another part of our job is to tell people who scream "hacker" every time a player beats them to STFU and be patient. If somebody is hacking we'll eventually get them, regardless if you feel we're doing our job quickly enough or not.
