i ask you did you do a speed test you never ansered go to www.dslreports.com they have free test for your isp it works on cable adsl it will tell you if your loosing packets all that good stuff and fixes for it if its in your computer

did you upgrade or do a fresh install if you upgraded go into the cod folder right click on the exe and run as administrator if you did a fresh install you might have to reinstall cod

i was having prob with a couple of my games after i upgraded to 10 but i found out my mic on my head set was shorting out bought new one no problems.that was my problem -
you can dowload 10 to usb drive or a disk and safe it so you can use it to a clean install
