StanG - my dad MY dad has had brain cancer for about 4 yrs now , he has been fighting the good fight . but by the end of this week the doctors say its will be over he is in good care with the nurses and doctors rt now . SUCKS tho to watch him die slowly in front of my mom . my mom has been taking care of him the hole time as i have been helping too . but i wish i could of done more for them these past 5 yrs . i guess why iam writing this to say to all the xi members and family , telling the people in your life that you love them even if they know it already still tell them , everday hug them , do something for them show your love not only in words but in actions . How does one sum up ones life ? by the car they drive ? by the house they live in ? How does someone look back on there life and value it ? ALL this stuff is fine to have, but you cant take them with you when you die , the only thing that you can take with you is the love that you gave and the love you got back ! MEMORIES make more of them with the ones you love !!!! thats the only thing i wiLL have when my dad is gone . XI family go make some good ones to day with people you care about !!!!! LIFE IS SHORT AND ITS LATER THEN YOU THINK !! StanG you're a GOOD man, and am so sad to here this news. You are doing the best you can do, and if it was me in your dad's shoes, then all I would want is my closest family to be there in my final hours. Just be strong, and support your mum the best you can. That way you can be proud of yourself. I wish you and your family all the best during this period, and over the coming months.
