Convid-19 is very similar to SARS in that both are Coronaviruses. SARS had a higher mortality rate but didn’t have the “fitness to persist in the human population,” which eventually led to its demise. Also SARS had symptoms that were severe and therefore easier to identify and contain. 
What makes Convid-19 so unique and potentially deadly is that so many people had mild symptoms or are asymptomatic and therefore don’t see a doctor and are largely unaccounted for. The rate of spread can potentially be a lot more higher.
N1H1 as Sparty mentioned had a reasonably large rate of spread, though the mortality rate was marginally higher than the regular flu. The reasoning was it effected the population more under age of 60. One third of the population over 60 already had antigens to combat this flu, and with a younger and stronger patient-base the mortality rate remained low. 
I have heard the term "senior killer" with this virus and the stats seem to prove this unfortunately. The early mortality rate for anyone over age 70 is around 10 percent.  
In the end, all these pandemics are unique in that they effect the population differently. Yes, in hind site some seem minor but eventually we will have one similar to the 1918 Spanish Flu. My thoughts are do what you can to minimize the effect.

So my first comment about this is that you either have 8TB of unprotected storage, or 4TB of protected storage.
If not setup in a RAID configuration you risk losing a LOT of data if a drive fails.  If you don't care if you lose data, then the 8TB unprotected configuration might be okay.
Two reasons I wanted a home NAS.  1). Ease of access from any computer in the house.  2).  Data protection (i.e. RAID and snapshot backup).  Snapshots are good if someone fat fingers and deletes a file, you can easily recover a file from snapshot backup (deleted files on NAS mounted drives will not go to recycle bin when deleted).
Drobo are popular.  They just didn't have an affordable configuration for the amount of space I needed.
So I purchased a bunch of Western Digital 'RED' drives and downloaded FREENAS (it's free) and have been using it ever since.
I put the RED drives inside an older retired gaming computer and installed FREENAS.  RED drives are designed to be powered on and run 24x7.  Traditional desktop drives are not designed for that purpose.
Lots of tutorials on how to set it up and use it.
I also grabbed a retired disk array from work and connected it externally.
FREENAS picked it right up and now I have 51TB of storage. 
I am comfortable doing this sort of thing as I am a Storage Engineer for a large pharmaceutical company....this is what I do for a living.
 

My thoughts, as someone in Healthcare? error the side of caution. Most countries are making well targeted and measured responses to the situation.  If someone ask you, you had a 3-4 percent chance of succumbing to a serious illness within weeks, would you brush it off?  Ask that of the 4000 soon to be 5000 who lost loved ones to this (within 12 weeks).
I’m not saying we should go all chicken little but be diligent about yourself and your loved ones until this ends.
The alternative seems very final.

Download that it's only 18.4mb. It's the Win 10 Media Creation tool. If your windows 7 is activated you can upgrade to Win 10 64 bit for free using this tool. It's faster and easier to use a USB thumb drive. You need 1 that is at least 8gb. It takes about 1 hour to complete the upgrade. 
 
Make sure that you save everything that you want to keep. Either burn the stuff to dvd or stick it all on a USB thumb drive. 
Once your upgrade is complete it will automatically activate as a Digital License. It saves that info on there servers. Once it's activated you can reinstall without having to put your Win 7 key in Unless you change the motherboard. If you change the motherboard you are changing your PCs Hardware config which your Win 10 key is bound to. You can change CPU or Video Card or Memory size or Hard drives without any problems but not the motherboard. 
I would do a full fresh reinstall once you see that it activates to get rid of all of the Win 7 crap that will be left on your hard drive. It keeps everything including most of the registry entries and programs when you upgrade and it takes up alot of space and can cause problems down the road especially if there was remnants of a virus or adware in the Win 7 installation. Reinstalling is much faster than upgrading win 10 especially if you are installing using a USB drive and installing Windows on an SSD. It takes me 20 minutes to do a full reinstall minus all my games and midget porn collection. lol

i tried the upgrate way, but wasnt lucky, mainly because i had several drives with a few different win installs.
so for my system i forced to do  a clean install.
Now i did some upgrate from win 7 32 and 64 to win 10 64 with not a signle problem at all, but those system were pretty clean, up to date and all.

hiya all i have 5 steam keycodes to give away for arma 2 every month for free there's no requirements to have a code but there are a few rules
no account can receive two codes e.g. for their friend or kids etc one per person 
first come first served codes are sent out in order of post old to new
the game is free and you don't have to play it but i would like if you would try the game at the least
once a code has been sent to a person (in a pm) you won't be given a second code if you lose the code e.g.. failed to activate
as i know personally all the codes work as they are paid for through steam same if you lose access to the account
if you need help setting up the game drop any of the arma admins a pm on the website or join ts (prefer it's on ts as it's easier to communicate this way)
other than that if you want the game just post below and i'll get back to you as soon as i can

what about tapes ?
i used to run tapes on my C64, would take 30min to 1 hour to load a game but it was working fine
