Here is the other info: Mobo is an ASUS P8Z68-V PRO. Memory Voltage is at 1.50 V. I have 4 sticks of G.Skill RipJaws 4096 for a total of 16 GB. PC3-12800 (800 MHz). I just played COD4 for about an hour and a half with NO crashes!!! I took a different route. I kep the most recent Drivers, but I changed my Desktop Theme to something other than Aero. That Theme causes all kinds of problems with software and graphics. I thought I would give it a shot. I also increased the voltage on my graphics card to 1.050. I was thinking it sounded like a voltage issue, and I saw that this helped some other folks as well. Hopefully that will be it!!!! I will update and let you know. Thanks for the help!!! Awards
