There are many kinds: fondue quebecoise (cheese fondue, 3 or more types of cheese with bread), fondue Chinoise (beef, chicken or sea food cooked in broth), fondue bourgenion (meat cooked in wine sauce) and fondue au chocolat for dessert (chocolate fondue and fruit). Only Ontario has Beer Stores, most of the other provinces have liquor stores that sells everything under one roof. Quebec is the only province that sells alcohol at convienance stores (Dam I wish we had that). We have German beer, Becks, Bitburger, Hacker ( Pete's favourite beer lol), Holsten , etc but highly over priced.
