It's not like it's taboo for a guy to do that. Once in the store, you'll pick up on what's the right size. I had to go through this with my daughter as a single parent father. There's no right or wrong answer where clothing sizes are concerned. You're right, it's confusing, but if you just go do the shopping, it all works out in the end.
