Any info would be appreciated.  I'm in need of a dual HDMI video card for the following reason.

I will be building a multimedia PC to stream video to 2 monitors (same content) and one more monitor with different content.

They will be about 50' or 15 meters or so. I have a solution for the distance already. I also have the solution for splitting the signal for 2 TV that will have the same content.

I dont have a solution for the other monitor with different content.

If I have to I can go dual video but think I can do this without a second card. This is where I need advice.

The video will be streamed from

I want to use just one beefed up PC that I build. Have not decided on motherboard or cpu or video card or case/power supply. I need the thing to stay cool but quiet if possible. 1 output split to 2 then the other output strait to the other monitor. I will use Dual CAT6 cables to get me the distance I need. I need 3 of the repeaters and found some very cool wall mount to make it look very professional. All I will need to do is punch in the cables that I will run.

Then I will be setting up another office the same way but again all controlled from anywhere.

If you have any suggestions please let me know. If any suggestion has to do with any Apple iCommunistWare product... save your fingers. hahahahhaa

Thanks in advance.....

are the screens in different rooms? do you need the hdmi for the audio?

if you dont need the audio do an amdi card like 7770 or something and do hdmi and dvi as the output and use eyefinity to separate the displays. the only difference between hdmi and dvi is hdmi also carries an audio stream.

I need audio and yes in different areas. This is a Tax attorney that has lots of information to present. Super smart girl that is on the radio and also on TV via the local news.

She wants wants presentations on the one monitor specific to her audience. It will be complicated at first until I have it set right. The video card is important. I looked at a ATI card and it had the ports but the mini one. I not sure if that can convert to reg HTMI. If so then cool. If I go ATI I will choose AMD for the proc. If iNvidia I want intel.

And I need to look deeper in what Kap suggested.

I want to go to the fest. This is my path to get there. :) I just hope I dont have to meet iPinglo. lol

you can use 2 different programs and set their default audio output

so for video you can use 2 players eg. windows media and divx player and go into the options and set the audio output for each individual one so that each monitor will be playing a different audio feed

i can see the benefit of that little guy but wont come close to what im needing to do. The site I will use will hold all the audio/video files. So for instance if they wanted to have a presentation on subject D, they can have them files (not just one) ready to stream on command or time. This will require a PC to accomplish. Nothing will be static.. it will all be dynamic. But thanks.

user would need to download able player of your hosted presentations, if not have on thier system.

so why need dual streams ? when enduser has audio/video on own system

Have you considered using a slingbox? http://www.slingbox.com/go/slingbox#.URfyRvJC3t0

This is an option I may use for the remote site but the way this service works it is not needed for the main office. I think Nobodygood hit it on the nail on the head.

That exactly is what I am looking for Nobody. Designed for this very thing I am doing and the audio is split. Great find Nobody!

I appreciate all the help..... sorry I have been AFK but been busy and have had very little time to be online. I will be asking what system to build next. Have not build a PC with ATI graphics in a long time. Do they work good on Intel or still best on AMD?
