Facing debt collectors, credit card debt, or foreclosure....don't get mad, get PAID!

I want to start this thread in an attempt to help my fellow clan members fight back with the debt collectors.

In most every case without going infront of a judge. I have put years of research in this and help family, friends, and myself

write off debt and get settlement.

What I want to do is get a night in TeamSpeak going to learn and teach each other these methods. I would like to have it for Q. and A. and a success stories. I believe I can really help everyone who is willing to help themselves. I am succesful at this and it does work because it is the LAW.

I'll teach and inform people how to stop dept collector, forclosures, clean up your credit report and or get things taken off them.

All doing this by using F.C.R.A. / FDCPA/ TDCPA/RESPA with a few more thrown in the mix.

I will show you how to use your bebt collector for your own gain and how to get settlement from things like misrepresenting dept, telephone calls, letters, harrassments and a lot of other fun stuff.

Well debt and financial problems are quite personal and it would be odd to see people with financial issues go public with them. Just a guess on my part.

I can use some advice. I took a Corvette for a test drive for 3 days back in 2000. They were not happy and charged me for the entire car. So I have this $53,000.00 bill on my credit report. Not the only thing but this is a big one. :)

What time you thinking up ban? I love to learn about stuff like this. Inside knowledge.

Guys, no one has to admit to anything. We are designed to be
in debt, so no shame anyway.

It isnt just about debt it is about so much more. You can
get a settlement without being in debt lol. Its not all what you think.

Like Beer goat .

Not to get deep into it but by helping you out one could Look
at your property and see who hold your mortgage.

After I have done that I would ask them to verify the debt.
This is the trick. They actually can’t verify the debt because they don’t have
the original promissory note. In most cases it doesn’t exist due to shredding
or selling the note to basically mortgage your mortgage. That is done most of
the time but anyway. 90% of the time they can't ever verify the debt. Then when
they fail to do so they go into default after so many days making the debt
invalid by default. You document this and send it to all credit agencies and the
business. By The Acts that were made for consumer protection I mentioned in my
first post the default will be upheld. If they try to move forward on the debt
you send them and intent to sue. If they do not settle you file in Fed stating
the laws they broke and proof. Usually never goes to trial because when you
have proof it is caught in the manuscripts by the judge and he settles it in
fed court but state is different story hahaha. That is one simple way depending
on the circumstances. There are at least 5 other things you can do to get rid
of the debt just by filing paper work and know what’s going on.

Note: A verification of debt is not them saying you owe them money because they have the account info. The laws and statutes are clear on what propper verification is .

That was just one example. Note I did not specify all required in there. It was just to give a jist of it.
There is more involved between the lines. Just for your info. That is what I
want to inform about. Just simple things you can do to use the system in your
favor. I mean hell they do it.

A lot depends on your state statutes. You need to know those. I have them all for every state.

Most mirror Fed statutes most of the time

Example #2

Did you know it is illegal for someone to look up your
credit report without your permission? If they do it is a violation of the FCRA which is a $1000
offense each time(depending the state). Majority of cases when confronted the company settles and
pays a monetary settlement. It is a processes in which you do and you will get
remedy. I’m saying pull your credit score ok? When you get it from all 3 places
(Equifax, Transunion, and Experian) then you see any pulls you did not
authorize, everyone is $1000 or less settlement. If you knew what was happening
and what your rights are as a consumer. Not to mention the laws that protect
you. It impedes on your right and ability to participate in commerce.

That shouldn't stay on your credit report for more than 7 years unless....did you use the Corvette for a car bomb?
