Most times with what you are describing...it ends up the problem. I agree with the others. Bzzzzzzzzzz

Spinwrite To check the hard drive and most of the time it fixes it and memtest that checks the memory http://majorgeeks.com/MemTest_d350.html Well thats the place to get memtest for free but my search for spinwrite was only the paid version. But well worth it. I have fixed many hard drives with that. AS earlier stated it may be the power supply as it is the backbone for your whole system but I would run memtest first. Its free and I feel its always a good place to start. Also if you feel comfotable with removing you memory and replacing it back it their same spots jsut to receit them. Vibration can cause stuff to loosen over time. You could try this with the video card as well. If you give up mail it to me and I will fix it for you for free. Awards

Most of the newer Video cards today from Mid-Range to High-End require at the least 19amps per rail on the 12v, and do as Wizid said download and run MemTest it maybe as simple as a bad memory chip. Also was there anything new that you installed like OS, VGA, or HDD. Specs on what you are using really helps and what you might have changed. Awards
