Westjet is amazing< ive floan Westjet numerous times and will always try flying them first and foremost over any other airline.. They are one of the biggest leading companies in Canada that treat there employees like co-owners instead of just another numbered employee and have a long list of people wanting and waiting to work for them. Actually ive heard all Westjet employees are made co-owners of Westjet when hired. Dont know how that works but koodos to the Westjet. They are also the most profitable airline in the world. You know, they are one of them companies that dont need our governments to hand them bail out packages of our tax dollars to keep them a float........cough......AIR CANADA........cough

why don't more companies do advertising like this?!

It's positive, helpful, and kind hearted. So much better than in-your-face crap that most companies do.

They make them co-owners by giving them stock in the company.  If the stock rises they make more money... simple and very effective.  My current girlfriend's daughter worked for them and she would not only own stock, but gets to fly anywhere they go for 16 $ a person! lol Hawaii here i go!

the reason they are doing so well and dont need handouts issssss..............................

the fact they treat their employees very well.  when employees are treated well. they in turn  give the customers great service. which in turns brings in more customers , which in this case makes the employees even more happy.

so many companies just dont get the correlation between happy employees and a growing customer base.     if you want your company to succeed make your employees feel valued and important.

Awesome job by a Calgary based company. That flight was from Toronto to Calgary. One of my good friends here in Calgary was involved in the gift collection at the Cross Iron Mall.. 3 hours goes quick she said.

Amazing video..
