They are one of the biggest leading companies in Canada that treat there employees like co-owners instead of just another numbered employee and have a long list of people wanting and waiting to work for them. Actually ive heard all Westjet employees are made co-owners of Westjet when hired. Dont know how that works but koodos to the Westjet. They are also the most profitable airline in the world. If the stock rises they make more money... simple and very effective. My current girlfriend's daughter worked for them and she would not only own stock, but gets to fly anywhere they go for 16 $ a person! lol Hawaii here i go!
