I noticed a coupla things:  (1) there are no fish anywhere--looks like a dead part of the ocean; and (2) the diver with the yellow flippers should have some custom-built flippers that are turned 90 degrees so they're vertical:  the dummy is moving his legs horizontally instead of kicking vertically, like Jacques Cousteau and Lloyd Bridges used to.  Just sayin'.  Lol.  Ayaq

It's the tectonic plates of North America and Europe, there is hot lava below the surface of the ocean floor that filters the water and gives it its clarity.
