A little underdone...will bake it for the full hour next time. Changes I made to the recipe are: added 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. salt, used 1 cup sugar instead of 1-1/2 cups. . I will have to try that!! I've done choc chips, chunks of bananas, layered strawberry pie filling in it.etc etc all was yum yum yummie.
