But this is my second pc and I keep getting this error message . then it freezes its win 10 , and I have given permissions in the registry . and no matter what I don it still give me this error . any help would be greatly appreciated ERROR MESSAGE.txt Awards

As a last resort you may have to....You by chance are not running any program that will block/prohibit any web communication with outside source are you ?
