There ARE cities with electricity in Pakistan, ya kn0w. They, however live on the outskirts, some of them, with just the basic necessities to get by; the channel actually has improved their standard of living. Some of them are illiterate, in the standard sense, but very literate in consideration & gratitude. There are other channels, like 'Trybals' where the people live waaay up in the mountains, with only a hut & their herd, no electricity ... & it takes them hours to come to a city via a motorbike on mountain paths.
