go to the state fair every year,

And every year Ed would say,


"Norma, I'd like to ride in that helicopter "

Norma always
replied,

"I know Ed, but that helicopter ride is fifty bucks,

One year Ed and Norma went to
the fair, and Ed said,

"Norma, I'm 75 years old.

If I don't ride
that helicopter, I might never get another chance"

To this, Norma
replied,

"Ed, that helicopter ride is fifty bucks, and fifty bucks is
fifty bucks"
 



The pilot
overheard the couple and said,

"Folks I'll make you a deal. I'll take
the both of you for a ride. If you can stay quiet for the entire ride and don't
say a word I won't charge you a penny!




But if you say one word it's fifty
dollars." Ed and Norma agreed and up
they went.

The pilot did all kinds of fancy manoeuvres, but not a word
was heard.

He did his daredevil tricks over and over again,

But
still not a word...



When they
landed, the pilot turned to Ed and said,




"By golly, I
did everything I could to get you to yell out, but you didn't. I'm impressed!
"



Ed replied,
"Well, to tell you the truth



I almost said something when Norma fell
out,



But you know,
Fifty bucks is fifty bucks! "  

This looks much better than bf3,  bf2 was a blast with every one working together on a squad, then cod4 came out, so time for a new game!,,, well the problem with bf3 is every one is playing like cod4 (lone wolf) and that ruined a good game for me,,,, team work is the best game play for me and I hope bringing back commander will bring team work back to the game and have a great BF game again.... 

Well, yesterday my wife threw me a surprise birthday party and had some family and friends over for a BBQ.  Was quite the surprise as I really had no clue and thought she was doing a party for her dad.  Anyway, the thought she put into my cake was awesome.
 

 
This is just one of the many little things that I love my wife for.
 
What was also fitting is that I was wearing one of my >XI< shirts as well.

It is a little bit buggy at the moment but Rugger is still testing this mod and adjusts the settings

Didn't see you there. Neverless, you are right. I got this ONE TIME after i spawned on the skate park and i have never seen it
again on any map i played. I tried to camp and it took round about 30 seconds for the first warning without a punishment.

So you have 30 seconds to kill as much as you can from your camping spot. And from my point of view this 30 secs are way too much.

Jesus now we have people dropping tags  because of the changes. You people happy now? Leave this fuking server the way it was. Fuk the spawn camping bitches, bitching about spawn camping, that's what admins are for? Or maybe not!

Thanks for the feedback, I made a couple tweaks to some settings. Longer camp time for snipers, little longer for non snipers, and changed how much you need to move to stop the anti camping warning

 
I think there are two, or three different issues here: The camping, the spawn kills and the nade launchers. Lets not mix them up. Nade launchers are a lot of fun, They are not "dumb weapons", you require some skill to be able to hit a player who is hiding on the opposite side of the map with a sniper riffle.  Nade launchers, RPGs, bazookas, C4, claymores, nades  and such, are all conventional weapons used by the military. I don't really understand why we have to restrict their use or change anything about them. Just wondering what the next step would be.... limiting Deans knife kills because in a "real war" nobody runs in a battlefield killing enemies with a knife?  
 
The real problems are in my (not always) humble opinion the camping and the spawn kills. I honestly have nothing against campers, they are in fact my favorite targets, I love tubing, nading or knifing them.  If we are going to limit the camping time lets make it 60 or 90 seconds, the current settings don't work that well. I don't know what to suggest regarding spawn kills, I run and gun all the time and don't even know where the spawn points are..

Well that was some shit there and that would be the end to fishing off that little ass boat for me......

120lb of pure love. He is my shadow. He has to be by my side. So happy to have him. I will give him a great home. Neighbor passed away and I was going to find him a home.. but feel in love with him the first night. Well trained and a joy to have around. 

Yes the Ace mod is fun.....but a lot of the run and gunners have left because spawn camping in my opinion. And yes some of the maps you have no choice.....some of the players registered and XI members are spawn camping more and more. ok and yes the tubes really get out of hand when you have 3 or 4  players using them and have 5 or 6 tubes in there arsenal.(TUBING SPAWNS)
And always willing to try some new/different/mods/weapons to see what it brings. As far as stats go I could care less.....stats do nothing for me.
I say give a change a chance and see what happens.

1) Anti Camping to lesson the spawn camping.
2) only 2 Tubes not the 5 or 6 we have now,
 
I think if we have more Helicopter , ac 30 , or what ever that will do 2 things , help the better players get more kills or increase the camping to get them,
 
Get rid of the XLR stats or ajust it, I asked a couple of the regulars that used to run gun why they are camping now , Answer was to increase there standings in the XLR stats,
As it is now you can in a corner and 13 -1 and be at the top XLR standings, So the run and gunners that get killed a lot drop down in the XLR standings,even though they finish higher at the end of game, Just promotes more camping and spawn camping ,

Awww Kushy I feel so badly for you.  I had to put down my first "baby" a few years back.  He was 21 years old, feline in variety.  Things get better, but you never forget. It may be that this happened at this moment because there is another pup out there that needs rescuing by you  Sending hugs your way!!!!! 

While I have always been of the opinion that if I had 5 hours to kill ripping the lips of unspuspecting trout, of all varieties, was preferred, I do admire a man who can have a grand old laugh; fuck!  So congratulations to you for your forebearance  - and if would fix the spell checker I could spell forebearance correctly - and for a round well played, even though it wasn't COD4 MW2 Ftag, I'm sure it was good fun, and I hope you kicked arse at the 19th hole.

Last year I held the annual Hxtr appreciation day - thankfully no one showed - this year I will host the welcome back Hxtr day instead - I assume no one will come to this either - the beer is all mine !!!
