Have you guys ever been scared? That cop broke every rule in the book. He didn't explain to the kid right away that he was under arrest and why. When he ordered the kid out of the car the kid was obviously terrified. Not because he did anything wrong but because the cop was aggressive in his actions. No excuse for it. He tased him in the heart for Christ's sake then told the kid he'd been tased a dozen times and it didn't effect him that much. The cop should have gotten 10 yrs at least. I'm not a liberal by any stretch, but I do expect cops to behave in a professional manner. Not like a thug.
