    Yep, what Cat and Hemps said! Many of us HAVE played COD1, 2, 4 & 5 a long time. Many know the maps very well and know how to set up and how to use the correct custom classes in the maps. There are other tricks, like video settings and optimizing your system to perform well (like don't run a lot of softwares in the background when playing). Keep playing and you'll get there!

    Best proof, go to an NFL football game. Many drinkers and by the end of the game you've witnessed many fights in the stands, usually assholes getting obnoxious! Go to a Tom Petty concert and there are joints passing through the crowd and all are having a good ole time!! Seen this many times - instant asshole, just add alcohol! Never heard that phrase in regards to weed because everyone mellow! NAyway, moderation is the key to health.....too much of ANYTHING is not good for you!!

    Got into the server last night at the end of a map, then changed to Seelow, another good tank map. Seemed to run pretty well, though I'd prefer the WW2 weapons rather than the modern weapons - but htat's just me!! M100 and FG42 rock, and sticky nades to blow up tanks! Also took about 6 tank hits to take out another tank, but otherwise runs great.

    Phoenix, you must be from the COD UO era! One of the best ones EVER! Base assualt was a blast (pun intended!)! One of the reasons I play World at War is the tanks (COD2 don't have them..grrr). Haven't got into a map in the new server yet, but you can bet I will be there! Thanks for the all the work to get this working Rugger!!

    Welcome to the site and the servers, Harland! I think we've thrown a few bullets at each other in the COD5, DM server. It is a LOT of fun and a great bunch of peeps - many of us in the same age range! Also palyed many an FPS in all the WW2 genre games, MOH, BF1942, Day of Defeat, etc., but love the COD series the most. See you in game!

    I'm with you there Johnny on all of those. Warner brothers cartoons as a young child (especially Road Runner), Flintstones, Yogi, Underdog. I remember running home from middle school to watch the Three Stooges - loved those guys. And Hogans Heros and Laugh In were other favorites in the comedy genre. Also liked Lost in Space and Land of the Giants for SciFi. Buit many more I can't even think of at the moment! Cartoon today in comparison are horrible!

    Heck LOM, that's just broke in! Our 2002 Avalanche has 150000 and my 2006 Dodge Charger has 185000! I sold my previous two Buicks with almost 200000!
