  1. Don't forget Totally FREE healthcare started over here in the UK, Our National Health System is going thru a lot of flak at the moment some hospitals have been criticised over standards etc. but we don't have to fear huge bills if we fall ill. The only charge you pay after seeing a Doctor is for meds (currently £7.50p per item) if you are under 60 years of age. if you are taken to hospital all treatment/medication is free regardless of your age. If your over 60 or on benefits then it's all free. I know It isn't perfect, but something of this size and complexity never will be. If you are a visitor to the UK and unfortunately have an accident or fall ill, you will be treated the same as if you lived here.
  2. Sorry to hear of your troubles,......try to be strong for your mum, I had to be for my dad when my mum suddenly died so I know how hard it is. I'm not particually religious but best wishes from me. And as we say over here at times like these, keep your chin up. JT/Chris
  3. Ok, I've just played on the ace mod server with the new anti camping mod, and I agree something needed to be done about the Spawn campers, who sit behind a spawn area all game and nail you soon as you appear. But you need time to find your way around a map, and not just run around like a lunatic getting shot every 3-4 seconds. I come from the UK and my ping is around 130 or so, and I find it hard enough to beat the low ping guys as it is. Can't we adjust the time span from staying still to getting the anti camper warning to say about 60 seconds?. In my view this will deter the real campers and at the same time give everyone a little time for strategy/working out where you/and the others are and not just blundering about and getting picked off all the time. Just my thoughts.JT
  4. Sorry to hear about your troubles Angel. Best wishes.

  9. Hi As a lover of real ale, I find the diversity of micro brewery's ales. a delight. I know the German Reinheitsgebot, purity laws, makes for good beer, but I love the fact that with British ales I can sample a huge range of beers, some I like, some I love, and some I wouldn't want to try again!. But for me, that's the beauty of it. Cheers! JT/Chris P,S. Badger Fursty Ferret is one of my favourite bottles.
  10. Well Idiot's.....I made it...60! I am now offically a fully paid up member of The Old Fart's Brigade.! So now I'm allowed to moan, grumble, and generally bitch about life in general. also I get free prescriptions from the doctor's,...Which is good. What's not so good is that I have to carry on working for about another 3-4 years.... Ah-Well nobody said it gets any easier!!! Thank's for all the messeges. Yours JT/Chris.
  11. So sorry to hear of your loss Pete, Man,- 48 is no age atall! JT/Chris
  12. Hey Spin, How would you like it here in Good 'Ole England? We can always tell when it's Summer, The rain is much warmer!. Also we see a big round yellow shiny thing up in the sky. Not sure what it is, but sometimes it's up there for A WEEK!, We Brits are not built for heat, anything over about 21deg c and we all start melting into our flip-flops. (Can't handle snow either, 2-4 inches and the country's bolloxed,) no train's Buse's or Taxi's. Ah Well !!!!. Cheers Mate JT/Chris
  13. Sorry for your loss, It hurts like hell, don't it?....... I've been thru it twice and each time I swore I'd never get another dog, We've got a Chocolate Lab called Theo at the minute. Lovely dog -(mad as a box of frogs.......goes upstairs backwards!!,) but he's lovely). Get another dog mate....it does help. Yours JT/Chris.
  14. Sorry to hear of your troubles P-Man, The only thing you can do is be there for your wife while she goes thru this awful time. Be strong for her bro. Thoughts, prayers, and best wishes. JT/Chris.
  15. Dean, you have knifed me more times than I can count, Sometimes I get you, sometimes you get me. It's never been a problem. I like to move around the map Quietly picking off ppl, I get most pleasure from a good shot. My gripe with campers is the ones thet sit at the back of a spawn and don't give you a chance to move before you are dead, what pleasure they get out of that defeats me. Sometimes I find a good spot, and as long as I'm not repeatedly shooting directly into a spawn point I don't see a problem. Anyway you play your own game mate, we are all here to have FUN. Anybody who don't like it.....well they are free to leave. Best Regards JT/Chris
  16. Sorry for your loss, I'm an animal lover myself, and have had dogs nearly all my life, and when one passes away it hurts like hell. And you say "I'm not getting another,- I'm not going thru that again". But you do...... Best wishes mate.
  17. I bet that hen did some clucking when she parted with that monster!
  18. Loved the outside bog, and chips and mushy peas!!!... LOL! And I tell you, as I'm half Yorkshire (on me Dad's side) (half Lancashire on me Mum's)The "If it ain't in Yorkshire it's not worth seein'" attitude isn't a million miles off. The rivalry between Lancashire & Yorkshire goes very deep. My Dad married a Lancashire lass and he said he thought his family were going to have him burned at the stake! Nice one mate.
  19. Errr.....Bubbles Plum-Pants?.... I was hoping for something on the lines of--- "Mordred the dragon slayer"......oh well ,,,,
  20. Merry Christmas Larsin, and to all my other Idiot friends. Also I would like us to spare a moment for all of our serving soldiers, Wether or not we agree on them being over there - remember they didn't ask to be there, A friend of mine's son finished his leave today and has just left tonight to return to Camp Bastion. (How about that for cruel timing?). So I'd like us to say "Merry Christmas" to him and his comrades, and come home safe. JT/Chris
