Back in the day, I replaced my entire 50s/60s collection of Rock n Roll and Country muisic using Napster. I haven't downloaded a tune since. But of late, I've come across some Time-Warner offerings of music I missed. What's the latest/greatest way to snag them without the RIAA coming down on me??

I'm from New York State but have never heard of Big Flats or East Pachogue. Considering the caliber of their representatives in state government, I now see why - one location is deep in the sticks, the other a footnote in the tome named Long Island. That great man of business, war hero and ping-ponger extraordinaire Forrest Gump, was oft heard to say, "Stupid is as stupid does." And what more to say about legislation introduced in the New York State Assembly by representatives of those areas requiring state-based web sites remove anynomous comment. What's a New York-based web site? I guess it means a site hosted on a server physically within the state. A New York-based company may have a corporate site hosted out of Chicago or Timbucktu - it doesn't really matter - and a New York resident may have a Facebook page that even Facebook might not know where it is hosted. All this bill could do is shut down state-based server hosts. Just what NY needs; more business being driven out. NY accounted for the biggest migration exodus of any state over the past 12 years with 3.4 million getting out of town, taking $20 billion in adjusted growth income with them. Why? Because NY has a progressive personal income tax ranging from 6.45 to 8.82 percent, huge sales taxes, a gasoline tax of 49 cents a gallon and a cigarette tax of $4.35 per pack - $5.85 in the city - not counting local sales and property taxes. The proposed bill apparently intends to force cyber-bullies to reveal their identity or have their posts removed, and, prevent people from posting anonymous criticisms of businesses - and politicians. Said one senator, "the legislation will help cut down on the types of mean-spirited and baseless political attacks that add nothing to the real debate and merely seek to falsely tarnish the opponent’s reputation by using the anonymity of the Web." "Please, please, father government, save us all from constitutionally-protected free speech."

Agreed Olive. He's very fast with quick reflexes and he knows the maps thoroughly. In short, he is a cunning, expert player and while he also waxes my arse regularly, that's no reason to boot him. In fact, he makes me a better player trying to best him and on some maps, I occasionally do. We've several regulars in COD5 who are highly skilled and usually top out any map. C'est la vie.

Spec'd him a number of times and have not seen evidence of cheating.

Some time ago, I was walking through a mall and saw some Viet vets with an organization I was unfamiliar with. So I stopped and chatted with them a bit and as I turned to go, one said to me, "Welcome home brother." It had been nearly 30 years since my tour and no one had ever said that to me. I can't begin to describe what it meant to hear that. My wife had to console me. I made a promise to myself that day to thank every active duty serviceman I see and anyone I learn has served. And on behalf of them, thank, YOU, for remembering us. I count my blessings - got out with nary a scratch. My best buddy wasn't so lucky - got mortered by our own guys with three pieces of shrapnel in his brain that left him half-paralyzed on one side. But like me, despite our age, despite our infirmities, he would go back today, if our country asked us to.

Which country has had to spend the most money to bail out European countries? 4. What are economic sanctions against Iran supposed to do? 5. Which party has the most seats in the U.S. House right now? 6. In December, House Republicans agreed to a short-term extension of a payroll tax cut, but only if President Obama agreed to do what? 7. Who won the Iowa caucuses for Republican candidates? 8. Who won the New Hampshire Republican Primary? 9. About what percentage of Americans are currently unemployed? That's the hard route but sometimes the only one that works. Doubt that you got the shitload of XP updates that always come with a reinstall but you're at serious risk without them. Also noticed you said you had firewall/antiviral software turned off. On an XP systems, you WILL be hacked - if you haven't already been - unless you correct that. Use Microsoft Security Essentials. On the other hand, you've got a clean system. It should run faster and smoother with all the junk gone. Glad you're back!!!
