Check the server logs re. the time of his last post and we should be able to figure out the IP. When we hear back from the real Rosenthal, we can turn that information over to him should he wish to have it to take whatever action he might. A subpoena to the provider will reveal who we're dealing with. But please don't carry on a conversation with this user. He is not an attorney. He does not represent that asswipe RickJames.

I have had many decades of experience with attorneys and have written my share of legal briefs. Either this is a load of crap from RickJames, or, this lawyer is an idiot. But to verify it, I have e-mailed said attorney (not using the address he gives above but one I located for his office) to inquire about it. We'll see. Misrepresenting an attorney can be legally actionable.
