Too many minor grammatical errors to list - you'll need an editor to go through your manuscript before you submit it. You write very well. There is a nice flow and construction to your prose with good use of adjectives - but not overuse. I've read much published work that is not as captivating and appealing. You appear to have a nice story line going and obviously have outlined these chapters and have done a very good job of fleshing them out. An editor will suggest some mior style rewrite but all-in-all, this shows great promise and if the entire book is as well done, I'd say you'll have no trouble finding a publisher. The genre is certainly popular. Good luck!
