Two excellent choices.

Turned out great; using bread flour this time resulted in a thicker crust compared to general purpose, even though I stretched rather thin. It also browned much more nicely.

That's very considerate. But this isn't my forum...it's a cookery forum for everyone. It would be a shame if people hesitated to post their own version of something in their own thread just because somebody else mad a version of it. That being said, please feel free to post your fine cooking skills wherever you like. ?

Cauliflower & cabbage stew with onions, seasoned with generous amounts of garlic, topped with some cheddar cheese...all washed down with a nice pitcher of beer. Perhaps some deviled eggs for appetizer.

I hunt them with an air rifle instead of a standard firearm so they don't scare off; much quieter. Daisy PowerLine 880 with a ~$30.00 scope & .177 caliber pellets. Very accurate & efficient; shoots pellets @ ~600 - 700 fps. Great gun for the price. https://www.daisy.com/product/PowerLine-Model-880/?itemnumber=990880-001 ***Edit*** If you use one, I highly recommend that you use pellets exclusively as the steel bb's can fuck-up the rifling & greatly decrease the accuracy of the rifle. The pellets also grip the rifling, imparting a spin just like a standard firearm & shoot very accurately.
