With good cream cheese you don't even need a taco

I did change the name to Sour Cream Smothered Rotisserie Chicken Cheese Tacos. I was fantastic... could have done without the cheese. Hardly noticed it.

I bought 7 rotisserie chickens for $35 early this month which for food prices today that's the Hack. 7 already cooked chickens for $5 a piece and it's been great. Can't beat the prep and server time which usually is grabbing a cold chicken and eat it. One chicken last I for 3 days and 4 days for my dog.

Rotisserie Chicken Cheese Tacos  
Prep time and cook time was about 10 minutes but I was goofing off while cooking so it could have taken much longer. 
Heat up some corn or flour tortillas. Heat up the rotisserie chicken. Add authentic Mexican style Velveeta cheese (hahahaha) or whatever cheese you have, then melt it in.


Fold so it looks cool for the picture. 

Closeup on the plate before smothering it with love. 

Add your favorite hot sauce, be liberal for once only. 

 
Then top with with just a touch of sour cream. Be a bit more conservative here than I was. My knife slipped a few time. Make mine, Sour Cream Smothered Rotisserie Chicken Cheese Tacos 


Then eat...  be fat and happy till next time.

Brew a couple gallons a week during the summer. Nothing like a cold glass of iced tea when it's hot out. Winter, not so much. It's just not the same as sun tea. Drink up, Diggler!

These sour cream doughnuts are made right here in Grand Rapids, MI on the north west side of town. They can be found in the frozen food section of select grocers. Nothing beats one of these delicious snacks with a hot cup of black coffee!!

A couple of Putnam Cutlery, Bridgeport Connecticut knives were in the mix. Wicked blades, antler handles & fine carbon steel.

Local hardware store went out of business, & I picked up a few USA made steak & carving knives. They were dirty, & rusty from storage, but a little Mother's Mag Wheel Polish brought them back. Put a couple to my trusty Chicago Cutlery honing steel, & they sharpened up to the point you can skiv leather. Too sharp to leave laying in a drawer. Folded over some leather scraps laying around & made a couple sheaths, to protect the edges in the tackle box, but mostly to protect ME from being clumsy.

Why did you join XI?
I learned the hard way good servers take money and good people in order to work and to find a server set up the way I liked it instead of trying to get a server or clan to change it's MOD. I enjoyed almost everyone when I first started playing here and the servers ROCKED. I played with 2 other players from our old Clan and after about 8 months Rugger asked me to see if the group would join. So we decided to give it a shot and been here ever since.
