what kind of information are you looking to get out of keeping all this info in a spreadsheet? Seems it would be a simple setup. I can help (no payment required) but i need some more info. I will be in ts later tonight... (I am on PST) if you want to talk about it. So in the mean time, if you could think of why you want to save that data, then the why will give us the "how" we will store it. Spread sheets are good for data that needs to be calculated. If there is no Calculation required, then perhaps access would suit you better. Let me know, I am sure we can sort something out for you. LOC

hi jon. Im pretty good with excel, and access. But if you need it for inventory management then you would be better off using access, which is meant to be used for inventory control and the like. It can also be used in tandem with excel. What i think you will need is a custom user interface that controls access to the database through specific screens that taylor your data to suit your needs. It can then be indexed according to how you want to retrieve it.. Do you enter the data yourself, or do you have employees doing it? excel and access are both fully programmable. Something i used to do in another lifetime. I hope you find what you need.
