Geez, @FRENCHI, bud, do you believe everything you see on the Interweb? America--the Great "U.S. of A."--usually has (with some really good exceptions from our NATO allies and Sweden, who have developed some really great weapons platforms) the best weapon systems in the world because of the "free enterprise" system. Defense contractors and sub-contractors compete against each other to develop the latest and greatest military equipment and platforms because the financial rewards are potentially great. They are not told to build something "or else." My two rubles, anyway. Ayaq
