what motherboard is the video card mating up with ? PCI-e 2 or PCI-e 3 buss so you can match up hardware to get the best other is CPU, can upgrade any more ? duo to a quad ?

I see for failure is due to not enough fluid in system your case is made to hang rad off the rear by long 6-32 screws, nuts and spacers that will give clearance to rear connections and move res to the top of 5.25 bay the red lower fan have it blowing into case and add 2 fans where rad was on top, any fans in front of case ? any pic of the pump ?

just add another drive with win7 on it so you can boot either 8 or 7 what's the model # for the MSI motherboard ......also install LIVE update to get current drivers for you motherboard from its CDrom Caution: with MB model and its Revision ........need to check MB for its printed on the lower left of MB, so you get correct software for MB , they use same model # as using a Jaguar Car with a chevy or ford engine , you need correct MB Revision other wise you have a useless computer if shove a ford part on a chevy motor

IF a brand name pc and still in warranty take it back other get the manual of motherboard to check usb pin outs and verify are correct with a continuity meter or light to usb 2/3 ports
