It is however very annoying to figure out. I would try look at what compatibility setting you have your game running on and switch it. So if your using xp service pack 2 try windows 7. or visa versa.

there are 3 folders and one file. Player folder is all your player profiles. Usermap folder is all your maps from everybody. Mods folder is all your mods from all servers. The servercache.dat file is all the favorites you have saved in the game.

So what happened is there is a difference between the weapon file on the server and the one on your computer . rpg_mp error The second one if you open up your console file and serach for sdh/sammy_ulit right after it you will see the error and what ever it is is what needs your loving.
