I'm not sure that playing single player will effect the creation of an online profile. And I don't believe they support this game anymore as I have looked on the call of duty website before for help

I'm not sure if this is 100 percent true but I've heard they ran out of online slots for new profiles. Sounds stupid if you ask me. But djmot I do have the dvd version if if you have your code I could rip it to and iso file and compress it with WinRAR ad setup a way for you to download It if you would like to try this give me a msg and I'll start working it out asap
