  1. Happy Birthday Mr. APE
  2. Have a great day Prinny!!
  3. OHELLYES!! Despite the failed mission you guys ROCK!!! Those numbers are incredible!! . . maybe you guys could give some of us that try hard and still suck some pointers Just keep on kicking ass and giving XI a good name . . . . . lord knows I do enough to give it a bad name . . . lol  Bartender a couple round of beers for my XI buddies that kick ass in War Thunder . . . . and put it on my tab
  4. Very Cool. She looks like a good kid and having 3 jobs is unheard of these days . . .well deserving of your help with buying a car. When kids try hard and do good in school they need to be rewarded to show that their efforts do pay off. A big pat on the back to you @@GhostfaceJim for being there for her.
  5. It's easier to get a vehicle to run when its dry. Much less embarrassment asking for a jump than a winch. If your truck gets submerged while running I'm pretty sure the heads will crack and engine would be toast. What ever your routine is just make sure you set the brake and be safe.
  6. I did something similar I went to the electrical panel and pulled the breaker that fed his room with electricity . . . this taught him how many things take electricity and how important it is to everyday life. 1 week would be a long time without power so I gave him the early "buy out option" of paying that months electricity bill. ( when he decided to pay the electricity bill I took the money and put it in a savings account that I returned to him when he graduated from high school)
  7. It looks like its posted on the fridge so their gonna see it. They should be able to read at this point. So yeah If only
  8. I was out on the Bighorn River last summer and the sky got dark (2pm) and you could hear some thunder in the distance. This particular day I decided to take my pontoon kickboat down the river instead of my drift boat, it sits close to the water and lotsa fun in the rapids. I knew I couldn't make it to the launch ramp it was like 4 river miles downstream and the sky was now a dark grayish green color . . .I have seen this before and it's not good. With the thunder there is of course lightning and taking cover under a tree under these conditions is a bad idea. I pulled the boat up on an island and tied it to a a large bush . . it was pouring like crazy now and I always have a rain jacket with me and i was wearing waders so I was mostly dry. In the summer I like to wear a straw hat like landscapers wear to shade me from the sun but today it would be my Hail shield. The thunder was so loud now it was like a war zone and the wind was whipping I managed to crouch inside some bushes and the hail was starting to get big and then it was pounding down ping pong ball size , , , ,I had to lift my rain jacket off my shoulders cuz it was kicking my ass . . .and my straw hat was getting shredded. The sound of the hail and the thunder and the wind was intense . . . then within 60 seconds it had completely stopped . . . . .the hail was about 4 inches thick on the ground and thicker where it had drifted. I crawled from the bushes and looked around at the destruction . .. . the berries on the bushes were completely stripped and the river was littered with leaves and small branches . . . . .. . I decided to just row in and not fish any more (Duh!). When I got to the ramp there were people standing around waiting and looking for family or friends that were floating the river that day. The storm was isolated to a small area about a 1/4 mile wide so most of the fisherman just got rained on but everyone could see it was a bad one. I made arrangements with my neighbor to pick me up at 6pm at the ramp but he knew if I got caught in that storm I would be ready to go home early . . . . . .and he was right. When my neighbor saw my hat he asked if i was alright and started busting up . . . it was funny then but when it was coming down and raising hell I gotta admit it was pretty damn scary. So yeah . . . . . I know what you went thru and glad you and your friends didn't get hurt . . . .don't let that keep you from visiting Montana . . . this place rocks!.
  9. I have built a few homes and done some remodeling and pouring the foundation and rough framing is just scratching the surface of what lies ahead. To me it's like a giant tree with the foundation the roots and the framing the trunk . . then the branches . . . plumbing, electrical, roofing, windows, doors, drywall, painting . . .. .it can become overwhelming. Your off to a good start with a clear idea and a sound plan but most importantly a good attitude mixed with enthusiasm (or that could be your wifes high heel planted in your butt . . lol) you got us interested so now you gotta post pics of your progress. Can you tell us what state this house is being built in Damit?
  10. Build. I just recently built my own and I am very pleased with it. It takes doing some research on what components work best together and foremost what it is you want whether it be a Bad- ass gaming setup or for your work on Quantum Physics Take your time and look at as many suppliers as you can for deals but don't settle for parts that don't fit into your plan. One of the things I liked was not getting a bunch of unwanted applications and other bundled junk that has an expiration date which comes with a lot of store bought PC's In the end you will be happy you designed and built it yourself. Keep us posted on what you decide and good luck
  11. I'm getting that warm fuzzy feeling @@PimpedOutPete agrees with @@little_old_man . . . . . . Jail time for this is absurd. Like others I walked / rode my bike to school in 3rd grade with other kids but sometimes alone and those times when I was alone I was feeling grown up and responsible. Kids are smarter than we give them credit and trusting a young kid to remember what he/she was taught (providing the parents did their job) helps to develop skills needed as they get older. Sure it's hard for the parent to go thru this stage of their child's development but no harder than it was 40 years ago. The reason folks nowadays are so "freaked out" over stories like these is when something bad happens the whole country knows about it and to some . . . it feels like it happened down the street from them. Did bad things happen to kids 40 years ago . . .yes but it didn't get plastered all over the news Nationwide. Too much news reporting can make people paranoid or irrational . . .I think jail time for this (non)offense falls into the category of Irrational
  12. I'm afraid I have to give this A OHELLYES!!! I am convinced that there is truly some good left in this world and this video proves it. Random acts of kindness can solve more problems than you can imagine. Even though this was a corporate act the idea had to begin somewhere . . . by a person or persons wanting to make a difference in people's lives. Acts of kindness don't require large amounts of money . .in fact many are free . opening the door for someone who is disabled or elderly . . or just wearing a short skirt with nice legs We all need to start thinking in terms of being more kind, helpful, giving to others . . . Great post @@DramaLlama (Disclaimer: my comments do not refer to government related giveaways that spend taxpayer money . . . . let the taxpayer spend his/her money as they see fit.)
  13. Exactly. The Moon and stars gotta line up in order for you and Little Old Man to agree on something . . lol But as they say Opposites attract so you two should do a fine job as Head Admin's for you and for LOM . . . . . .Ahhh what the hell one for me too
  14. WTF??? lol Congratulations guys Thanks for your time helping out on the servers.
  15. That is Hxtr's picture!!!!!!!!! Ewww
  16. It's cool to see idiots working together to save humanity from the certain Zombie invasion I do find it somewhat unfair that a picture of the ladies that put up with you 4 idiots wasn't posted (besides the pics in the "Women of XI " Forum) Careful with those guns guys you can shoot someones eye out . and Belted . . . . .Take Care
  17. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KID! In case you haven't seen a current picture of Eidolon (the Kid) He has a strong resemblance to his Grandfather ElderEidolon LOL
  18. I bet she takes cream with her tea . . . .
  19. So will these new Beatles get to be on the Ed Sullivan Show?
  20. Sweet deal . . hell if she makes enough money doing webcams maybe she can loan you some money . . .lol and if nothing else you wont have to pay for sex anymore . . . Reality Check It's probably a scam of some sort since the chances of getting an email from a "hot" chick that wants to go "chill" and lick your balls are slim and none. Stranger things have happened . .. . . good luck and wear a condom (not that you should worry about getting "the drip" its just the world doesn't need any more HXTR's ) J/K
  21. So the citizens would be referred to as "Fucking Mexicans"? I have been to Fucking Mexico on many occasions and have never seen Fucking Mexicans or Mexicans Fucking so I don't think that the country south of the US is Fucking Mexico because that would make Mexico Fucking Fucking Mexico because Mexico is south of the border of the US . . . . . . . Ok now I'm confused . . . . . . . Fuck it!
