Stay limber, the pain & deterioration is more evenly spread across the vertebrae. My wife is a transplant patient, and has been on steroids for the last twenty years. That has played havoc with her ankles & feet. Many stress fractures. She has no choice, but as a pharmacist, could also give you advice.

/record/playername? I'll give that a try in console. I deleted nero a while back and lost a codec I need to convert .avi files. Usually I would just hit scroll lock V and record in xfire. Yep, with a class III you can own any number of fun (& expensive) toys. Check out the Knob Creek machine gun meet. That's where all the wealthy idiots go to air out their M2's.
