    @Smurf|NL All versions of Windows save for Windows starter support a maximum of 4GB of RAM on a x86 architecture (starter only supports 2GB). The OS that @@TokyoElbow is using will support 192GB of RAM on a x64 architecture so that is not the problem.     Where would it stop? a day before, then why not two? what about if I bought it, didn't play it and then a week later it went on sale? What you are experiencing is commonly referred to a 'buyers remorse'.

    Both the downloader and the game servers are getting the files from the same place - if you get 12kbps or low it is because of the game acting up. Sometimes it just doesn't redirect you properly so tries to let you download it through the game server itself which is extremely limited. Ideally using the downloader is the best method.

    @@Xistance Probably some days it's going east and some days west. @@NITRO Changing your modem would change your ping by maxium of 5ms. Most likely not at all.

    It's better to describe the problem before calling in support - it prevents you wasting someones time when an easy fix could be supplied.

    If you already changed your IP then it's internal.. What makes you think it's a DOS? 596GB over 17 days is like 0.4Mbps - which certainly isn't an attack. Or are you getting short bursts of high traffic? What your provider is saying would be correct for the majority of data transfer - if you use HTTPS they cannot view the actual data. Or if it's a service such as a game where they 'could' see the data but would not be able to decipher it easily. What logs do you have?

    If you can create it then I see no reason why it can't be added. You can use BigBrotherBot (XlrStats) or an external site like GT.

    It can detect when someone is spamming and acts accordingly. As an actual answer. Yes - everyone experiences lag because by definition there will be a lapse in time between sending the initial web request and receiving the response. As a more directed answer - there have been some changes recently but it should load under five seconds with an average of three. It does vary greatly in the forums section with image heavy threads.

    I overslept - downtime will be now as the servers are nice and empty already.

    I run a Microsoft stack so it works for me to be sharing the majority of my data with them, I have a few things tweaked. As that video says - it's not all bad and the majority is simply to allow things such as Cortana, windows updates and user reactive features to work. I prefer Windows 10 over Windows 7 for general gaming and non-intensive things like office programs. I still use Windows 7 on my development machine however - but I imagine I will upgrade that in a year or two.
