    You will be unable to play on any of our servers until you have successfully appealed to PBBans. This is actually an Evenbalance ban but they are no longer supporting the game so going through PBBans is your only option. I will give you some time to attempt a resolve through those means.

    @@mickvette If you purchased a game through Steam that generally you have to install it through them. This isn't the case with something such as COD4 where you can source the files elsewhere and use the game key from Steam. Generally though it's better to install through Steam in my opinion. Message me on Discord and I will be able to help you. - I just moved to the area as I have a new job enjoying it so far

    By reset the email - do you mean they have changed the email to your new one or what? By your earlier post it sounded like they have done everything you need to access the account..

    Well changing your origin name on the website to include makes the BF4 profile integration work. So.. would be interested to know what your actual Origin username is.

    I did ask and was told that the BF4 in-game name is identical to the Origin account name, but this does not actually seem to be correct. Case and point Jay.. you have your Origin as Jay80_NL_XI but your BF4 name is Jay80_NL_XI_ADM Are these data points correct>?

    The website is now setup to allow integration between Battlelog and your website profiles. This will allow you to see game stats from the website and also link straight to a players Battlelog from the forums view. This is largely automatic and all you need to do is have filled in your Origin username in the profile field. Once done this will automatically update once a day (so you may need to wait a while). You can then view this data on the website profile: Probably more useful is the forum integration:

    Yeah I think allot of people have been using it through the browser which is has been causing some minor network overload. Going through the downloader gives me more control of throttling.

    It's a recent change. We have experienced higher than usual traffic so the methods of accessing the redirect have been reduced to through the Downloader and through in-game.

    I have updated the downloader to include the mod. You can 'Check for new files' again and it will download the mod.

    @@mickvette I have always found Steam to be very transparent with there methods to be honest and they have a well setup knowledge base. Sorry you're having problems with them. I wouldn't call it a rip off however. You can still try recovering the account without the email by providing Steam support with your details - If you can give information such as the account used to purchase the game it can act as proof of ownership.     Generally if you have completely lost control of the account due to no longer having the email address it makes the process a bit more drawn out, but not impossible. You will need to follow a similar protocol to if someone had phished your account. Depending on activity level on the account they will decide on what should be supplied to recover it.

    If you can periodically connect that rules out a ban system issue. Unless 3rd party? but that's only slight. Can you perform some tracerts to the server both at a time where you can successfully connect and when you are unable to?

    @@EDD THE DUCK you can migrate the BF4 stats on GameTracker between the servers for future reference.

    Yeah some infrastructure changes were made, it will only affect people using the old domain.

    As advised in their security bulletin our server will no longer allow connections from clients with a version below 3.0.18.1.
