More detail on these remixes. When these bands record, they have many takes of different instruments that do not make the final mix. Or they are pushed back in the mix to the point you barely hear them. Due to limitations, not every sound can make the final mix. Think of making a pie. You can only put so much ingredients into the pan. Too much and it becomes an unrecognizable mess. What they do in these remixes is keep the original base ingredients, but remove some of the extra ones and replace with different ones. And those new instruments where recorded during the original sessions. I like it. Makes for a new listening experience. I recommend any Beatles fans to listen to the originals and then the new Giles Martin ones. If your a vinyl fan (and have a descent turntable), those new pressings sound great. Same with the new Zeppelin pressing Jim Page did. Nice sounding pressings.
