    The best way is to play with the cap limit and find what your card can actually do. up to a certain point, then you should set it to cap around the bottom average. If you range from say 95 to 150, I would cap just slightly above the 95, the fluctiatuation is a waste of resources in my opinion. They say the human eye can't see a difference after 60fps, personally it needs to be above 100fps before I stop seeing a difference.

    Simple - comes from Lynyrd Skynyrd Simple Man song, Simple Man is my CB handle and has been for about 15 years. On the internet, that names was already taken up by the time I got to the World Wide Web in the late 90's. At that time my truck was a 78 Ford F150 with a 351M in it. I intended on someday modifying it to the 400, but never got around to it. But anyway, on the internet I became Simplemod400. When I got my >XI< tags, "it is too long" LOL was the message I got with my new tags, so I had to remove the 400 so my name could fit on COD4 with my tags added.

    Extremely crazy here in our dinky little town. Walmart parking lot is full to near max, which is a HUGE parking lot here. And the dollar stores are packed as well.

    I've never seen any of them that old, I didn't get to start messing with computers till Win95 and later. That pic looks like it would really suck to get around the system in.

    Was talking to a guy at work yesterday about old computers and such. He recalled his first computer with an actual GUI. Once he began describing it, I said you been on computers longer than Windows 8 ain't you? (he's been on computers since back in the eighties) One of the first windows was apparently very similar in looks to win8. we've come so far, and they revert back to day one. lol. Oh well, I'll stick with my windows 7.
