    so I was looking for a new car last week since mine started to slowly overheat and is not worth fixing. I went to a dealership website and looked at some new cars. I never requested any information or gave them my phone number. Today I got a call from that dealership saying that they saw I was looking at said car and wanted to know if I wanted any more info on it. How the hell is them using site access data to find my phone number legal?

    If she has a pc you can take any regular web cam and have it broadcast the audio to private website. The pc would have to stay on constantly but its not that hard to set up there are many guides out there and apps that assist with it.

    Could be seating it in the wrong pci slot (always put it in the top most slot of its type). Could be the drivers. Could have a bad graphics card. Always disable onboard graphics. Install newest drivers. Double check the seating of the card and the seating of the power cables. If its a windows computer make sure you only have how ever many displays are attached showing (i had a problem with it still registering my onboard even after it was disabled and it would show it as a display). Buy and amd graphics card.

    Microsoft isnt becoming irrelevant. They are doing this to boost mobile platform sells. Hard to be irrelevant when 70% of computers in the world have your OS on them. They included many of the mobile platform apps in 10 but unlike 8 they designed 10 for a desktop. Their hope is that you like the way it operates on the desktop and get used to using it so when you look at a new phone you would get that phone. Probably would have been better if the windows phones had better specs and maybe even better looks.

    that is incorrect. If Net Neutrality passes you HD porn site would not have to pay for a fast lane because ISP would not be able to mess with the speed of any of the traffic. They would be regulated not to touch any traffic or charge. You guys really need to read what is actually being proposed instead of what ISP's are hiring people to say. Since when would you trust Time Warner or Comcast. Any ISP will lose money if this passes including Google (Google Fibre is now and ISP).     And how does it compare to Obama Care? It would add the same amount of tax you paid for telephone service which is quite small. It would not do what you are saying because it infact is proposed to make that illegal. ISPs would not be able to charge extra for faster access to Netflix. Net Neutrality is proposed to eliminate "fast lanes" not create them as you are saying it is.
