I think it's some sort of equation which takes time played and score into account. Yes the server recognises members joining and non members on the server and will kick non members to make room. I know how you feel, it seemed like it was always me being redirected before I became a member

Happens all the time Sammy. If two players on the same team throw packages too close together they hang in the air. This has been happening as far back as I have played here. Happened before the OW2 switch. It's as if the packages have a bigger box around them that get caught up together
