I still believe iiyama do the pc monitors. They have done for years, and are still extremely good. Also very well priced. Check the specs and prices against other mmanufacturers, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Are you asking what ping is? If so, it's the measurement of time in milliseconds (ms) from sending and receiving data to/from a destination. The further the destination the higher the ping. Hops also play a big part... If you were to traceroute the ip address of one of the servers by typing tracert (ip address) you would get a response of the number of hops to the destination. This is the route your data takes to the server. So the smaller the number of hops (or routers the data goes through) the more direct route to the server (straight line and all that).

Has anyone heard from Funstick? I know he went out to enjoy some "quality" time with his wife, but I have no idea when he was due back to the US. With all that has been going on in Pakistan, that's the last place a US citizen should be, and I'm a little bit apprehensive.

@Rip, that avenue has been looked at, so unlikely. @Boomer, we introduced more protection for anticheat in recent months, so again unlikely. However, I did ask the question if the servers that were having issues, were they directly streaming to pbbans, or via the text file system. I don't know. I could look at the ultrastats as a last resort, to see if the cronjobs are causing issues, however we would be experiencing this on all servers reporting Ultrastats, which isn't the case. I still believe it must be a game host change or a problem with the mod. Again however, Rugger said the mod hadn't changed and we didn't get this problem before. So if we are experiencing this on many server which are hosted by the same game host, I think that is an avenue that needs to be looked at.

As I've said before... We didn't get this issue with these high ping people in the past, so it isn't them that is causing the issue. I'm sure that it's the mod or game host. However we didn't originally get it with the mod, so probably changes by the game host???

Rugger, is this server live streaming to pbbans? If so, maybe worth not streaming for a while to see if that makes a difference.

Blindspot, if you don't want to hear someone in game, choose Esc, then mute player. That way you can carry on e with the game, and hear everyone apart from the player you muted.
