CD try deleting the maps that are giving you problems and then use the downloader to reinstall them.  And maybe it was dumb luck but I finally quit getting the error when I made some changes to my player config..  Do you want a copy of it?  The only other thing I did was got a new headset so I'm not sure what actually solved the problem.

Funny thing, my game gives me the same error, but it does it when loading COD4...BUT, only when my headphones ARE NOT plugged in.  When they're plugged in, all is good.  What a pain in the ass!
