I think the video card and RAM for BF3 is a bigger deal though then the processor. I have Q6600 G0 4GB Ballistix Iron has an intel 2.13ghz dual core (forget the model number) 6 GB RAM And he loads into maps faster than I do, but loaded in slower than me when he had 2GB of RAM if that means anything.

You have plenty on power supply, that will be about the last thing you need to upgrade. 8GB of RAM is getting cheap now, get it for <$50 for some really good RAM. The first thing I would personally is buy an i5-2500k, than a z68 motherboard of your choosing, 8gb of ram.
