Memory replaced and doesn't show in dual channel mode not sure how to get this so it is please help!

Not sure I can help you Shep, but whoever helps you will need a bit more information. Why don't you post your rig info..specifically motherboard, memory manufacturer and type, memory size, operating system, etc. This will help the geeks here that can then help you.

Change the sticks to other color places on your motherboard and be sure that the memories are the same in lanes.

For example (manual motherboard) stick in 1 and 3 and 2 and 4 OR 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. (Depends of the motherboard)

Normally with the boards today, its 1-3 and 2-4.

yup info will help nd also if slots r colored coded u may have to stagger sticks if u have 4 slots nd r only using 2 sticks ...but best would be for u to go to home page of manufactor of board or even call for them tech support...GOOD LUCK let us all know how u make out nd thanks for posting
