I live in what I fondly refer to as "The middle of Nowhere" but once a year the world comes to a neighbouring area (25km away)and competes for the title of "World Pond Hockey Champions". Tomorrow night there will be an opening ceremony featuring a parade of participants....the Stanley Cup will make an appearance, and various sports and news networks will be covering this event. Friday night the Budwieser Girls are supposed to be in town (lol....I may even go see them just for Bud) and the whole weekend is basically a huge party East-Coaster style! I had a chance to party with the girls last night! Had fun.... even asked them for some autographs for their #1 Fan...heheheh!!
