Looks like some kind of pork apocalypse.

I saw on the news they're giving permits to hunt in San Jose city limits becuase the pigs are tearing up golf courses and expensive front yards.

No more than cow or any other kind of meat. It all depends on how you cook it. Wild pig isn't for everybody. It has a much stronger taste than domesticated pig which is why a lot of people make sausage (with lots of seasoning) out of it.

The meat off of these hogs is acutally really good. I prefer it over store bought. The only reason being is the hogs feed in wine vineyards during this time of year, no grass, roots, etc.. the other half of the year they feed on barley on the other ranches in the area. So these hogs no matter how big are extremely good eating, nice pink meat. There are alot of places around the coast and even souther california that offer pig tags on private property, problem is alot of people know about it already and trying to get one is almost impossible.

Nice hogs Nacho!

Wild Hogs are great eating!

At least they are in Arkansas.

It depends on what they are eating.
